Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. This information is stored securely in our Cloudflare D1 database and used for authentication and account management.

Product Images and Generated Content

When you upload product images for AI processing, we store:

• Original uploaded product images (stored in Cloudflare R2 storage in the Eastern Europe region)
• AI-generated images and metadata (including preset used, aspect ratio, and generation parameters)
• Generation history and preferences

Important: Your images are sent to our AI provider (fal.ai) for processing but are NOT used for AI model training. Images are stored until you request account deletion.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about your device and how you interact with our service, including:

• IP address and browser type
• Operating system and device information
• Pages visited and features used
• Date and time of access
• Credit usage and generation history

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We only store the last 4 digits of your card, card brand, and expiration date for display purposes. We never have access to your full credit card number or sensitive payment data.

Analytics Data (With Consent)

If you consent via our cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized usage statistics to improve our service. This is optional and you can opt out at any time.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve prodlens.ai's AI-powered product photography service. Specifically, we use your information to:

• Process AI image generation: Send your product images to our AI provider (fal.ai) to generate professional product photographs
• Manage your account: Authenticate users, maintain sessions, and provide account access
• Process payments: Handle credit purchases and subscription payments through Stripe
• Track credit usage: Monitor your credit balance and generation history
• Store your content: Save original images and AI-generated results in Cloudflare R2 storage
• Improve our service: Analyze usage patterns (with consent) to enhance features and performance
• Communicate with you: Send account-related emails, respond to support requests, and provide service updates
• Ensure security: Detect and prevent fraudulent activity, abuse, and security threats

We do NOT use your product images to train AI models or for any purpose other than generating your requested photographs.

We share your information only when necessary to provide our service or as required by law. Your information may be disclosed in the following situations:

AI Processing Provider (fal.ai)

Your uploaded product images are sent to our AI provider, fal.ai, for processing and generation of product photographs. fal.ai does NOT use your images for AI model training. Images are processed solely to generate your requested outputs and are not retained by fal.ai after processing.

Payment Processing (Stripe)

Payment information is processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your full credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy governs the use of your payment data.

Infrastructure Providers

We use Cloudflare services for hosting, database (D1), and file storage (R2). Your data is stored in Cloudflare's Eastern Europe region. Cloudflare acts as a data processor under our instructions.

Analytics (With Your Consent)

If you consent via our cookie banner, anonymized usage data is shared with Google Analytics 4 to help us understand how users interact with our service.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government regulation, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business Transfers

prodlens.ai does not have a minimum age requirement for use. However, we do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13 without parental consent in compliance with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).
