prodlens.ai operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used to generate AI-powered product photographs.
You can purchase credits through our payment processor, Stripe. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion in cases of service failure.
Credits are consumed when you:
Credit costs vary based on the operation performed and are clearly displayed before each action.
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. For example, if you have the Starter plan (550 credits/month) and use 300 credits, the remaining 250 unused credits will be forfeited when your next billing period begins. You will receive a fresh allocation of 550 credits at the start of each billing period.
No Rollover: Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle. This keeps pricing simple and aligns with our costs from AI providers.
If your account is deleted or terminated, all unused credits will be forfeited without refund.

prodlens.ai relies on third-party services including fal.ai (AI processing), Cloudflare (hosting and storage), and Stripe (payments). We are not responsible for failures, outages, or issues caused by these third-party providers.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
